Hey, I’m Kyra (Kay-Ra) a 19 year old, South African Born and Canadian living. I spend my days day dreaming about living in my own apartment making a sporadic living on freelance wedding and fashion photography.

Things that keep me sane seem to be…
+Vintage Floral, I don’t even like flowers yet anything floral print somehow meanders it’s way directly to my heart.
+Travelling, so far I’ve travelled to 16 cities, and 6 countries and lived in 3 countries and 3 different Canadian provinces. [Canada - Netherlands - Belgium - Germany - Denmark - England]
+Rain, who doesn’t love hearing/being in the rain?
+Tea and Coffee love both, my favourite teas being mainly herbal, consisting of Earl Grey, Rooibos and Peppermint varieties.
+Fortune Cookies, sometimes I eat them, sometimes I don’t but I like to save all my fortunes and put them in clever places for my friends to find.
+Oxfords and Doc Martens are my shoes of choice.
+Dinosaurs, I literally love anything dinosaur related. I’ve wanted to be a paleontologist since I was 9.
+Tattoos, I think it’s amazing when someone cares about something enough to make it a permanent part of themselves.
+Coral,Teal, Purple, Grey and Black would make the perfect rainbow in my opinion.
+Honesty is always the best policy. If you don’t lie you never have to remember anything, and I rather suffer through a hard 10 minutes of the truth than hours arranging my lies.
+Deep conversations, I love learning and hearing about people and their lives and what makes them… well them.
+Edward Scissorhands; everyone just yearns to be loved, that film is a work of pure perfection.
+Earrings; I have an addiction.
+My friends across Canada; they are way too spread out.
+Fall; the feeling, and the colours.
+Sleeping just not really at night. Sleeping through the day is a wonderful feeling, so is sleeping in.
+Letters or any mail is basically the best thing in the world.
+Music I highly appreciate are the Local Natives, Bad Veins, Dan Black, Death Cab for Cutie, Postal Service, Santogold, Metric, Yeah Yeah Yeah’s, Kid Cudi, Tyler the Creator, M.I.A, and Foster The People.
